Weyl Semimetal — Chiral Landau Levels

Weyl nodes come in ±chirality pairs separated in k-space. In a magnetic field B, each Weyl node produces Landau levels. The chiral n=0 level is unique: it disperses linearly with k‖B, has a definite chirality, and mediates the chiral anomaly (charge pumping between Weyl nodes).

Parameters

Landau levels:
E_n(k) = ±ℏω_c√n for n≥1
E_0(k) = ±v_F k (chiral)

Chiral anomaly: E·B ≠ 0 pumps charge from −χ to +χ node.

Color: red=right, blue=left chirality.
