Turbulent Pair Dispersion

Richardson's t³ law: particle pairs in turbulence separate as ⟨r²⟩ ~ εt³, not t² (diffusion). This superdiffusion arises because relative velocity grows with separation. A stochastic model using a scale-dependent diffusivity K(r)~r^{4/3} reproduces Richardson scaling.
