A single-scroll strange attractor — simpler than Lorenz, equally chaotic
Rössler (1976): dx/dt = −y−z, dy/dt = x+ay, dz/dt = b+z(x−c).
At a=b=0.2, c=5.7: a strange attractor with Lyapunov exponent λ₁ ≈ 0.071.
As c increases: period-1 → period-2 → period-4 → chaos via period-doubling cascade (Feigenbaum). The bifurcation diagram shows this route.
