Chemical Reaction Networks

For m species and n reactions, the stoichiometric matrix S (m×n) encodes net production. Dynamics: ẋ = S·v(x)

Null space: S·v=0 defines steady-state fluxes (enzyme-balanced flows).

Conservation laws: rows of left null space lᵀ·S=0 give conserved moieties.
