Composite Fermions = electrons bound to an even number of flux quanta (2mΦ₀). In the CF picture, ν=p/(2p±1) becomes integer QHE at CF filling p. The Jain sequence p=1,2,3… gives ν=1/3,2/5,3/7… The Hall conductance σ_xy = νe²/h is quantized.
