Semiflexible Polymer — WLC Buckling & Force-Extension

Worm-like chain (WLC) model: a semiflexible polymer with persistence length L_p under compressive/stretching force. The Euler-Bernoulli buckling transition and Marko-Siggia force-extension relation are shown alongside thermal fluctuation modes.
