Oregonator — Belousov-Zhabotinsky Chemical Oscillator

The Oregonator is the simplest model of the Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction: ε·dx/dt = x(1−x) − fz(x−q)/(x+q), dy/dt = x−y, δ·dz/dt = x−z. Parameter f controls the feedback stoichiometry: f<1 gives oscillations, larger f may stabilize to steady state.
