Collapse operators:
• L₁ = √γ·σ₋ (amplitude decay / T₁)

The Bloch sphere shrinks as decoherence destroys quantum superpositions. Mixed states live inside the sphere (|r| < 1). Driving creates Rabi oscillations while the environment damps them.
