Mechanism: PING ING Reset

PING (Pyramidal-Interneuron Gamma): excitatory cells drive inhibitory interneurons which feed back to suppress E cells, producing ~40 Hz rhythm. ING (Interneuron Gamma): reciprocally coupled I cells synchronize via mutual inhibition without E involvement. Power spectrum shows gamma peak (30-80 Hz).
