C1-FFL: X activates both Y and Z; Y also activates Z (AND/OR gate). The delay through the Y arm creates sign-sensitive delay: fast response to activation, slow response to deactivation (AND) — or pulse on step-down (OR). Hill function f(u)=uⁿ/(Kⁿ+uⁿ).
