Lattice Boltzmann — Poiseuille Flow

The Lattice Boltzmann Method solves the Navier-Stokes equations by evolving a discrete velocity distribution function f_i(x,t) through streaming and collision steps. The BGK collision operator drives f toward local equilibrium f^eq, recovering viscous flow with ν = c_s²(τ−½).
