Kármán Vortex Street

When fluid flows past a bluff body (cylinder), vortices shed alternately from each side, forming a repeating staggered pattern — the Kármán vortex street. This lattice Boltzmann-inspired simulation visualizes the velocity curl field. The Strouhal number St ≈ 0.2 governs shedding frequency.
