Jaynes-Cummings (1963): single two-level atom + single-mode cavity. Exact solution shows collapse and revival of Rabi oscillations for coherent states (Eberly 1980). Vacuum Rabi splitting: 2g even with zero photons. Cornerstone of cavity QED.
