Glauber (1963) introduced single-spin-flip dynamics satisfying detailed balance for the Ising model. Near Tc ≈ 2.269J/k, critical slowing down: relaxation time τ ~ |T−Tc|^(−zν) with z≈2.17. Watch domains coarsen below Tc and disorder above it. The autocorrelation time τ is estimated from magnetization fluctuations.
