Floquet Spectrum

Floquet theory analyzes quantum systems driven by periodic Hamiltonians H(t+T)=H(t). The quasi-energies ε (eigenvalues of the one-period propagator U(T)) form bands. At resonance, avoided crossings appear — signatures of quantum chaos and dynamical localization.
