Creep rate (Norton power law): ε̇ = A σⁿ exp(−Q/RT). Three stages: Primary (decreasing ε̇, dislocation rearrangement), Secondary (constant ε̇ — steady-state: hardening = recovery), Tertiary (accelerating, void coalescence → fracture). Monkman-Grant: ε̇_ss × t_r = C (constant). Larson-Miller parameter P = T(C + log t_r) combines temperature and time for creep life prediction.
