Vicsek Model — Collective Motion & Noise Transition

Vicsek et al. (1995): self-propelled particles align with neighbors within radius r, plus angular noise η. At low noise: polar order (flocking). At high noise: disordered. The order parameter φ = |⟨e^{iθ}⟩| shows a noise-driven phase transition.
